Julietta, who started this restaurant and gave it its name, has had 30 years of experience in the island's catering and hotel business, finishing as Food & Beverage Supervisor at Windjammer Landings where she worked for a total of 20 years. Julietta is passionate about her cuisine while her extensive experience, personal touch, and attention to detail will ensure your visit will be a memorable success.
